If you're on a one-off package, yes — the site is yours outright from day one. No lock-in, no exit fees, take it anywhere. If you're on a flexible payment plan, you own the site once the term is up. After that you can cancel, take the site, and host it wherever you like. Your domain is always registered in your name throughout.
Is there a monthly fee?
After your site goes live, hosting is £15 a month. That keeps your site live, secure and fast. It includes an SSL certificate so your site loads on HTTPS, protection against hackers and attacks, weekly backups, security updates, and one small change a month, like a new phone number, photo or price.
For the full works, Google Business Profile Management is £30 a month and includes hosting. We write and publish four posts on your Google profile every month, keep your profile details correct so you stay in the map results, and send you a report each month showing what it did.
All of it is optional. If you'd rather host the site yourself elsewhere, there are no monthly fees with us at all. The site is yours to take wherever you like.
What if I need to change a phone number or photo later?
Just drop us a message and we will sort it. One content update a month is included in your hosting plan so there is no extra charge for the small stuff.
Do I have to write all the text?
No. All our packages include the writing. We just need a 15-minute chat to find out what you do and who you help, then we handle the rest so you can stay on the tools.
What is the difference between hosting and GBP Management?
Hosting keeps your site live and secure. That is £15 a month. It covers your SSL certificate, weekly backups, security updates, and one small change a month.
GBP Management is active work on your Google Business Profile every month. We write and publish four posts, keep your profile details correct so you stay in the map results, and send you a report each month. That is what signals to Google you are an active local business and keeps you ranking. It is £30 a month and includes hosting.
Do you do Google Ads?
Yes. Google Ads puts you at the top of the search results straight away, above the map listings, and you only pay when someone actually clicks through to your site. It is £50 a month to run it, with no setup fee, on top of your hosting or Google Business Profile plan.
Whatever you spend on the ads themselves goes straight to Google on your own card, so that budget is yours to set, change or pause whenever you like, and we do not take a cut of it. It is also the only way to show up in towns your Google profile cannot reach, because your profile only ranks around the address it is pinned to.
Is there a monthly payment option?
Yes. You can spread the cost with a flexible payment plan, and your first £99 starts the build. We build the site, get it live inside two weeks, and keep it running for you. It is £99 a month till the package price is paid off, with nothing added on top. The site is yours on the final payment, and hosting then carries on at £15 a month which you can cancel any time with 30 days notice.
That depends where you are. On any package the site is yours on the final payment. On a one-off package that is the payment you make when the site goes live, so nothing happens to it. On a flexible payment plan, once you have finished the term the site is yours to keep and you can take it anywhere. If you stop partway through the term, the site comes offline. Either way your domain is always registered in your name, it stays yours, and you can point it anywhere you like. We won't hold anything to ransom.
What happens when the payment plan term is up?
After the term it goes month to month. The site is yours. The monthly build payments stop and hosting carries on at £15 a month, which keeps it live and secure. From there you can stay on hosting, move up to Google Business Profile Management, or take the site and host it yourself. There is no lock in after the term.
I already have a website. Why would I need you?
